Shipping

I will ship all items within 3 working days via USPS First Class shipping, but I do offer a flat rate USPS Priority shipping as well. You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number where applicable - but to get small items to you as quickly as possible, orders containing 1-5 stickers will ship with postage stamps right from my local mailbox and will therefore not provide tracking.

Please keep in mind that during this the busiest shipping times of the year, I may ensure that items are packaged and leave my studio within three days (and most often same or next-day), but I cannot guarantee that your package will make its way through the postal system with the same speed. Please order early for the holidays to make sure your gift gets to its destination on time!

Local Porch Pickup

If you’re a Pittsburgh local and would prefer to pickup from my home studio in Friendship, I’d be happy to oblige. Choose the pickup option at checkout to remove shipping charges. Feel free to leave a note in your order if you have a pickup preference, and I will get in touch quickly to confirm or arrange a time.

Returns

I hope you love your item, but sometimes things just aren’t what you hoped. If there is something you ordered that you don’t love, please get in touch within 7 days and we can arrange a return or exchange. I will provide a return shipping label and will refund your payment when your items makes its way back to me undamaged.

I am not able to take returns on custom items.

Complaints or Problems?

Please get in touch right away if there is a problem with your item or if anything was damaged in transit. I’ll do anything I can to sort it out if possible.
